Returns

• We offer a 7-day free return policy for customers within the UK and EU.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
• Returns are not accepted for items that show signs of wear or damage caused by improper handling.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable 

Exchanges

• Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
